Challenge:

Midland|Frantz asked for a more efficient way of organizing their project specific documents which were being created on multiple platforms.

Solution:

Create a centralized project program that creates and stores all documents. Implement userforms for quick document creation and automated storage and printing.

Impacts:

Time saving when creating project documents due to the quick access userforms and automation of information. The organization of their documents was easy since they were in one central location now.

Tournament Scoring Tool

Prospect High School - Bowling

Challenge:

The current scoring and ranking system was a manual process and caused delays in the tournament and often recalculation of rankings due to errors.

Solution:

Organize the file in a way that was easy access to input the scores and automatically rank players upon input.

Impacts:

The tournaments ran smoothly without any delays and all rankings produced had zero errors.

Player Tracking Dashboard File

ESPN Fantasy Baseball League

Challenge:

Quick way of checking players hot and cold streaks to make educated roster add/drop decisions either daily or weekly.

Solution:

Create a file where a data source updates live stats daily and produces an automated dashboard of player statistics. Show suggested players to be picked up and dropped based on the team's weaknesses.

Impacts:

The team that used this program to make roster decisions obtained first place in the league.

Solution:

A file that the end user is able to easily input inventory changes and sales into. Create a naming nomenclature for inventory movements.

Impacts:

Main page dashboard that shows business metrics at a glance as well as an easy to operate inventory management and sales databases within the file.
